At THRIVE we take pride in the quality of therapy we provide as well as being dedicated to the families that we serve. That means "going the extra mile" to research the latest techniques and strategies, being proactive with continuing education courses, mentoring students and staying focused on building a foundation for the children we have the privilege of working with.

We are an independently owned company and have a variety of work schedules available to fit our therapists' needs. Our pay rates are very competitive and we greatly value all team members! All those applying for a position should carry a valid California license, have a minimum of two years of pediatric experience in their field and bring an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
